អ្នកនាំពាក្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនសាធារណជនជ្រាបនូវចំណុចមួយចំនួនដូចតទៅ៖
ទី១៖ ចាប់ពីបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានកាលពីវេលាម៉ោង ១២:០០ នាទីថ្ងៃត្រង់ ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មក ស្ថានភាពនៅតាមព្រំដែនមានសភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ដែលបញ្ជាក់ថា បទឈប់បាញ់រយៈពេលជិត ៣០ ម៉ោងមកនេះត្រូវបានគោរព។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា មិនថាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងកូឡាឡំពួរថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងបទឈប់បាញ់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះទេ កម្ពុជាតែងតែគោរពនិងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់បំផុតនៅគ្រប់ចំណុចដែលមានចែងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង។
ទី២៖ ក្នុងនាមជាប្រទេសស្រឡាញ់សន្តិភាព និងតម្កល់សន្តិភាពជាអាទិភាពខ្ពស់បំផុត សម្រាប់ការដឹកនាំប្រទេស រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏ដូចជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំស្ថាប័នកំពូលៗរបស់ជាតិទាំងអស់ជាពិសេសសម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា មានឆន្ទៈនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់បំផុតក្នុងការគោរពយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់នូវខ្លឹមសារសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដែលចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិប្រទេសទាំងពីរកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ទី៣៖ កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេស GBC លើកទី៣នេះបានគូសបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការជៀសវាងការគំរាមកំហែង ឬការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំង ការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី និងការគោរពព្រំដែនអន្តរជាតិ និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ ស្ថិរភាព និងវិបុលភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់ ដោយផ្អែកលើការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកចំពោះឯករាជ្យភាព អធិបតេយ្យ សមភាព បូរណភាពទឹកដី និងអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិរបស់ប្រទេសរៀងៗខ្លួន។
ទី៤៖ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏បញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដ៏មុតមាំចំពោះការអនុវត្តពេញលេញនិងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការរៀបចំបទឈប់បាញ់ចុះថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ដែលសម្រេចបានក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់នេះនិងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្សេងៗដែលសម្រេចបាននៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ និងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការចំរុះព្រំដែនក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្សេងទៀតដែលមានស្រាប់រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ៕

Samdech, Excellency, Ladies and Gentlemen, Good afternoon!
The spokesperson for the Royal Government of Cambodia would like to inform the public of the following points:
First: Since the ceasefire came into effect at 12:00 PM on December 27, 2025, the situation along the border has remained calm, indicating that the ceasefire has been respected for almost 30 hours now. For Cambodia, whether it is the Ceasefire Agreement dated July 28, 2025, the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration dated October 26, 2025, or the Joint Statement of December 27, 2025, Cambodia has consistently respected and strictly implemented all terms stipulated in those agreements.
Second: As a peace-loving country and placing peace as the number One priority in governing the country, the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the leadership of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and all leaders of National Institutions, especially Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, are all firmly committed with the highest sense of responsibility to strictly respect the Joint Statement adopted in the 3rd Special Meeting of the GBC between Cambodia and Thailand, signed by the Ministers of Defence of both countries on December 27, 2025.
Third: The 3rd Special Meeting of GBC Reiterates the firm commitment to refrain from the threat or use of force, peaceful settlement of disputes, and respect for international boundary and of international law, for the promotion of peace, security, stability, and prosperity in the region on the basis of mutual respect for the independence, sovereignty, equality, territorial integrity, and national identity of the respective nations.
Fourth: The 3rd Special Meeting of GBC Reaffirms the unwavering commitment to full and effective implementation of the ceasefire arrangement of 28 July 2025, all other related agreements reached thereafter, and agreements reached at the General Border Committee meetings and Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) meetings, as well as other existing agreements between Cambodia and Thailand.
